Standard Shipping - Arrives in 5 to 9 business days (including production time)
Expedited Shipping - Arrives in 3 to 7 business days (including production time)
Additional note about shipping upgrades: Orders placed with shipping upgrades are often expedited in production. Depending on when production is completed, orders may still ship with standard shipping methods if they satisfy the stated delivery timeframe.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things don't work out and that you may need to return, exchange or cancel an order. To provide you with the best possible service while delivering top quality custom made products, we adhere to the following policies.Free Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange for your order through our Returns Center portal. We accept returns and exchanges for all products (except for "$7 Steals") up to 45 days after the delivery of your order.
In cases where a return shipment is necessary, a pre-paid return label will be provided at no additional cost. If possible, please return the items in the packaging that they originally shipped in. Returned products must be returned in original condition to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Exchanges must be for same priced items. If you would like to exchange for a differently priced item, you can either return your item for a refund and place a new order, or Contact Us for assistance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and we have inspected the return and verified that the items are in original condition, a refund for the items will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an order is cancelled before it has shipped.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 4 hours of the order being placed. Since our products are customized and printed on demand, we do not accept cancellation requests once production has begun.Off-site Orders
These return & exchange policies apply only to orders placed on this website. Orders placed on marketplace sites such as Etsy, Ebay and Amazon are subject to the return policies listed on those sites.Return Policy Exceptions
$7 Steals:
Because our "$7 Steals" products are sold at prices far below cost, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. All sales for "$7 Steals" products are final. In the event of a "$7 Steals" product being lost or damaged in transit, the product will be eligible for a refund.
Payment Disputes:
