Holiday Order Deadlines

Since we print our products on demand, our holiday deadlines are a bit earlier than other retailers to ensure high quality as well as timely delivery. While we will always ship your order as quickly as possible, orders placed after the below dates may arrive after December 25th.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free economy shipping anywhere in the United States.  Standard & Expedited options are also available for an additional cost for select items (see rates in cart).

 

Free Economy Shipping - Arrives in 6 to 12 business days (including production time)

Standard Shipping - Arrives in 5 to 9 business days (including production time)

Expedited Shipping - Arrives in 3 to 6 business days (including production time)

International Shipping

At this time, we are only shipping to the United States and Canada. We use standard economy shipping with tracking for all international orders. Combined with production time, most international orders arrive in 12 to 21 business days from the time the order is placed.

 

November 15, 2024 Update: Due to the Canadian Post strike that began today, we are not currently accepting orders for delivery to Canada.  We will resume accepting orders to Canada once the strike has resolved.  Thank you for understanding!

NOTE: At this time we are not shipping Framed Prints or Canvas Prints internationally.

Production Times

Our products are custom made on demand, meaning we don't make the product until you order it. Production times vary depending on our current workload, stock availability and the type of product.

• T-SHIRTS - 2 to 5 Business Days
• POSTER PRINTS - 1 to 3 Business Days
• FRAMED PRINTS - 2 to 5 Business Days
• CANVAS PRINTS - 2 to 5 Business Days
• MUGS - 2 to 5 Business Days

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 4 hours of the order being placed. Since our products are customized and printed on demand, we do not accept cancellation requests once production has begun.

Exchanges & Returns

We will accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after the delivery of your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned products must be returned in original condition to be eligible for exchange, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and we have inspected the return and verified that the items are in original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
